I founded Jeanius Learning to help students master STEM concepts as well as improve their critical thinking and problem solving skills. My career began with the U.S. Department of Energy after earning a Doctorate in Geology and later transitioned to teaching. I have taught a large variety of science and math courses in a diverse range of schools and have tutored extensively. I am fortunate to have gained experience with most educational philosophies and learning styles of students and I incorporate personalized learning plans to cater to individual needs.
I was raised in Cleveland, Ohio and have also lived in Oxford, Ohio; Las Vegas, Nevada; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Somerset, New Jersey. I like to hike, swim, boat, read, sing, play the piano, and spend time with my family.
